Same here,but when it did work it took me to the first game i played, where my teammates are frozen and enemy team is bot (2 of the enemy are real). Then it stopped and took me to the second game where it was the same case (both happened in 5v5) then took me to the 3rd game in brawl ball.

The aim of the Underdog system, as far as I know, is to compensate for your disadvantageous position when you match up with someone that has a trophy level much lower than you. The problem is, it’s not based on your trophy level. It’s based on the trophy level of the inexperienced player’s teammate. This results in the system contradicting itself.. Matchmaking has been a constantly complained-about topic in Brawl Stars, ever since release. I’ve seen people complaining about being matched with idiots (which Supercell can’t fix,) people complaining about terrible team comps that result from the random nature of matchmaking, I have seen people complain about the ludicrous trophy (and therefore, skill) difference between the two teams.
